RINKEL is for women who are choosing to live authentically and creatively. Perhaps they are not taking the traditionally prescribed path and are constantly wondering what other paths they can walk and explore. Yes, this is for women who are actively wanting to find new meaning in their personal lives or careers. This is where wisdom exchanges come into play.
OUR ORIGIN STORY
It’s been a long time coming.
One pivotal a-ha shifted everything.
“The initial idea came through in a dream. Until I realized it was stored inside me all along. From a matriarchal childhood, to championing women’s career progression in my late 20s, to helping brands speak to women more insightfully in my early 30s, to writing and directing a pro-choice [dark comedy] short film in my late 30s. Now in my 40s I wish to dedicate my life to channeling the wisdom of older women (many of whom aren’t on the likes of Instagram) to those younger than them. Otherwise, where does that precious wisdom go? The match was lit, and I started interviewing various women from all walks of life to see if the concept resonated with them. And as it so happens, the response rate was overwhelmingly positive.”

ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Growing up in a very matriarchal Maltese family, Michelle was always surrounded by her Mother, her Grandmother and her Aunty (or Zija in Maltese). It was made clear from a young age that the closest and most precious relationships in her life were the ones with resilient, inspiring women - a source of love, care and abundant guidance. With an impressive career in creative strategy for leading brands like Harvey Nichols, Max Factor, and Carte D’or, Michelle is now following her true calling: to put worldly wise women on the radar and give them the platform their life-wisdom deserves.
