  • RINKEL’s intention is to be a sacred, pre-vetted site that is considered a sanctuary for both Wise & Wondering women. We’re here to hold space and fiercely protect it. If at any time you don’t feel safe or comfortable, please inform us immediately by emailing us at hello@rinkel.world. 

  • Any advice, information, or content provided through the RINKEL Site is intended for general informational purposes only and should not be considered professional medical, legal, financial, or other advice. You should consult with an appropriate professional for specific advice tailored to your situation.

  • By using the RINKEL Site, you agree to the following:

    No Unlawful or Prohibited Use: You will not use the RINKEL Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms & Conditions.

    Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide through the RINKEL Site is honest, accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

    Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold RINKEL WORLD. Ltd., its affiliates, employees, and partners harmless from any irrelevant claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the RINKEL Site or breach of these terms.

  • All trademarks, logos, graphics and software on the RINKEL Site are the property of RINKEL WORLD Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of the above materials is strictly prohibited. You may not modify, reproduce, display, or perform original material from the RINKEL Site without prior written consent.

  • Your use of the RINKEL Site is governed by our Company Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. By using the RINKEL Site, you agree to our collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

  • Our Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the UK. In the event of any dispute or claim arising out of or related to your use of the RINKEL Site, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UK.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Site and destroy any materials obtained from it.

  • For referrals we offer a £20 gift voucher. Just send us an email with the name of whom you have referred. For finders fees, depending on every case we offer a 10% finders fee should there be a significant financial outcome. 

  • If the Wise Woman is a practitioner in an area that the Wondering Woman wishes to continue offering services outside of RINKEL (e.g Acupuncture), we ask that the Wise Woman let us know (so we can keep track of the benefits and apply a mutually beneficial finder’s fee as the connective platform). As we are a growing business, additional tips for this income generation are appreciated but not expected.

  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the RINKEL Site at any time, including its content, features, or availability, without notice or liability. These Terms may also be updated periodically, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.

  • We operate on a 70/30 policy for Wise Women payments, so for every direct booking the Wise Woman will receive, 70% of that booking will go to the Wise Woman’s account. For bookings made via the membership, the overall fee is slightly lower: £40 for a ‘Meal’ experience vs £50.

  • We welcome all feedback. Should you have a complaint about the RINKEL experience, please submit a formal complaint form in the Contact Us page. Our team will come back to you within 48 hours.


  • If you are seeking a refund after a session, one of our team members will have a call with you to assess if recompensation is applicable. Please note that RINKEL’s Wise Women are offering practical and powerful wisdom for daily living. Not for quick-fixes. It’s about being in conversation, in movement, and being willing to try things out.

  • All content shared between Wise Women and Wondering Women during sessions is considered confidential. Should either party give consent to share testimonials or reviews via our platforms, RINKEL will ensure a consensual agreement in which specific content is publishable. In terms of what is submitted by Wise Women via our platform upon application, that content is deemed shareable for social media and website purposes. RINKEL will not sell information to third parties however data may be used to inform brand insights and product iteration.

    In regards to our privacy policy, we want to maintain and respect the safety of all RINKEL platform participants when receiving their personal material that we will not disclose or publish without permission and confirm that RINKEL does not own Wise Women photography or personal information. The RINKEL site function is to act as an agency-inspired platform to promote talent.
